Do you provide services other than cleaning?
No we do not. Our main focus is cleaning. When Steve Jobs took over at Apple in 1996, he reduced the number of Apple products by 70 percent.
Moving forward, Jobs' strategy was to produce only four products. The purpose of this strategy was “to focus on quality and innovation”. We are not Apple, but we want to focus on and excel in a few specific areas rather than be mediocre in many.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes, we are licensed, insured and bonded. All certificates can be produced upon request. We are members of the Better Business Bureau of East Tennessee, West Knox Farragut Chamber of Commerce, and the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. We feel that being members of these organizations is very important because we are not a “fly by night” company. We care greatly about our company’s image and reputation.
